What is the 45-Day "Tug It + Love It" Guarantee?
All Tug-E-Nuff toys are covered by our 45-day Tug It + Love It Guarantee. This means that if your dog tries a toy and it's not the right fit we can offer you store credit to the value you paid. Store credit can then be used to choose a different toy
Can I exchange my toy for a different one?
To exchange your toy for a different one, simply return the original item under our 45-day Tug It + Love It Guarantee. Once processed, you’ll receive store credit which can then be used to place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
How long does a refund take?
