If you haven't used an item and still has any packaging attached, you can return it within our  cancellation window for a full refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of the toy and we'll send you return instructions. You’ll have a further 14 days to return the item to us for a refund.

Once you have returned the item to our warehouse it may take up to 10 business days for our team to process your return. We would also strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage when you return the item as we can not issue refunds on items lost in the post.
